Just in case Gov. Jim Gibbons ever pretends he never signed the pledge in which he promised to “oppose and veto” any and all efforts to increase taxes, we have proof! Check out this photo, with conservative anti-tax advocate Chuck Muth watching as Gibbons signs his name. Apparently, the act of Gibbons signing actually reduced to the value of the perfectly good piece of paper, resulting in an instant depreciation.
